1. SAFE PAYMENTS

Every purchase ensures maximum security thank to the use of the most cutting edge security systems for payments (SSL codification system).

We accept all the cards having Visa and MasterCard logos and PayPal.

Once the order has been confirmed, the charge for the related amount will be authorized by your credit card service provider.

Credit card transactions are carried out directly with the person responsible for electronic payments; for this reason, NAU! cannot store or become acquainted with any information related to the credit card which has been used.

2. EASY RETURNS NAU!

If you are not satisfied with the product you have bought, you can have it returned within the 30 days from the delivery date.

The returns will occur only if the product is intact and bears the seal of warranty.

Moreover the product must not have been used and must be returned in the original packaging.

We would like to point out that personalized products, i.e. glasses with custom-made eyeglasses and personalized cases, cannot be returned, as required by art. 59 co. 1 point c) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n° 206 as subsequently amended and supplemented).

3. HOW TO RETURN GOODS
  • Access the nau.it site and click on the “Login” button on the top right
  • Once you have entered the email used for registration and password, you will be directed to the account page where you will see, among other things, the orders you have made
  • Click on “Orders” and select the order you want to return, then select “Create a new return” and compile the form with the information requested.
  • You will receive an email with instructions and a returns number.
  • Ensure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with the warranty seal intact and original packaging.
  • Send the package in its original packaging and glue the pre-printed label onto the original box covering the previous address label.
  • Book the pick-up of your returns by contacting TNT courier at 199.803.868 and agree the date, time and address for collection. Our courier will collect the package from your preferred address.
  • You can only make returns in the same country where you made the original order.
  • We will only refund items returned according to the instructions
  • There is no provision for replacement products
  • When the return has not been made in accordance with the requirements above, the goods will be sent back to you at your expense via TNT.
4. TIMING OF REIMBURSEMENT

We will analyse your returns within 10 working days starting from the date of arrival of the goods at our headquarters. Once the returns have been accepted, we will operate so that the reimbursement is acknowledged as follows

our bank will carry out the returns within 10 working days from our confirmation e-mail. The time necessary for viewing the reimbursement on your credit card depends on the issuing institution.
