2. HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

The personal data you provide by filling out the various templates on the website www.nau.it (the “Site”) will be processed by Nau for the following purposes.

For the purpose indicated in letter B below, Nau may have to process personal data concerning your eyesight, for which it will require your explicit consent.

3. HOW PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

Your personal data will be processed using paper, computerized and online methods that are suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data in compliance with the provisions of article 32 GDPR.

4. THE FORWARDING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In order to fulfill the purposes described in point 2 above, Nau may need to forward your personal data to third parties, belonging to the following categories:

  • a - authorities and supervisory bodies, and in general to public or private entities that have advertising functions;
  • b - persons who take care of administrative and tax obligations on behalf of Nau;
  • c - persons who provide services for the management of information systems of Nau and the telecommunications network;
  • d - persons deployed by Nau for various reasons for the supply of products and services requested.

In certain cases, these persons operate fully independently as Data Controllers in their own right, in others they operate as Data Processors and are specifically appointed by Nau.

Furthermore, for the purposes referred to in point 2, your personal data will be processed and disclosed to the employees and collaborators of Nau, who are designated specifically as authorized data processors, depending on the specific responsibilities assigned to each of these persons and the instructions given.

Finally, your personal data may be forwarded to the affiliated stores of Nau that operate with Nau as joint-Data Controllers within the meaning of article 26 GDPR, and of the agreement on joint control, which is signed for this purpose by Nau and each of the affiliated stores. This agreement regulates the mutual obligations of the joint controllers, also with regard to the profile of the security measures, and the division of responsibilities deriving from the failure to fulfill said obligations. In each case, within the meaning of the agreement on joint control, you will be entitled to exercise your rights vis-à-vis both the joint Controllers.

Personal data processed by Nau will not be disclosed to third parties.

5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

In relation to the purposes of the processing described in this privacy statement, using the contacts indicated herein, as Data subject, you may exercise the following rights against Nau:

  • Right of access- To obtain confirmation whether your personal data are being processed and, in this case, to receive information regarding, amongst other things: the purposes of the data processing, the categories of personal data processed and the storage period, persons to whom these data may be passed on (article 15 GDPR)
    • Right of correction - To obtain, without an undue delay, the correction of your personal data that is inaccurate and the integration of incomplete personal data (article 16 GDPR)
    • Right of erasure  - To obtain, without undue delay, the erasure of your personal data, in the cases provided for by the GDPR (article 17 GDPR)
    • Right of restriction - To obtain from the joint Controllers, the restriction of processing, in the cases provided for by the GDPR (article 18 GDPR)
    • Right to data portability - To receive, in a structured, commonly used format that is readable on an automatic device, your personal data provided to the joint Controllers, and to demand that they be transferred to another controller without any obstacles, in the cases provided for by the GDPR (article 20 GDPR)
    • Right of objection - To object to the processing of your personal data, except where there are legitimate reasons for the joint Controllers to continue to process them (article 21 GDPR)
    • Right to complain to the supervisory authority - To submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority, Piazza di Montecitorio n. 121, 00186, Rome (RM).

WHAT ARE COOKIES?
We inform you that the Nau! website uses brief text files known as cookies that contain information about your browsing. Such information allows NAU! to improve and offer you a better and more personalized service. Specifically cookies:
